sloppy joes & coleslaw

Sloppy Joes

My first (scratch) Sloppy Joe’s were made over 25 years ago for my son’s first birthday party. It is an easy recipe for large groups and multiplying servings. Not a beef eater? Substitute ground turkey. Or get adventurous and use half bulk sausage and half beef. It’s a meal kids and adults will enjoy! Serve with a side salad or coleslaw.
